Kristina spends her time educating others on nutrition and helping them to find their own path to a balanced diet as she sees nutrition as an essential part to building a healthy lifestyle. As someone who struggled to understand the basics of nutrition most of her life due to poor nutrition education, it wasn’t until she started her own journey of nutrition education that she began to see how easy it could be to learn sustainable and healthy eating habits.
