NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) – Corrective Exercise Specialist, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Exercise for Cancer Specialist

Radha loves working with the diverse population. She works with women of all ages, pre-and post-rehab clients, and those new to exercise. Thanks to her experience dealing with scoliosis as a teenager, she has a great deal of empathy for others working through physical challenges, and this makes her a more compassionate and effective trainer.

Radha is excited to share the MELT Method with H3Fitness. She credits the Melt Method with her ability to continue to run after a knee injury. After being introduced to MELT in 2010, she noticed her knee started to recover, so she continued with the self-treatment. She was finally able to run pain-free after continuing the Melt Method!
