DAVID MUNGER

FITENSS CENTER DIRECTOR

David Munger has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. His passion for fitness began when he started weight training in grade school to get better at sports and has continued ever since then. David has inspired numerous professionals as a personal trainer, gym coach and as a general manager. Seeing his clients succeed in their goals drives him more into the world of fitness. David is a husband to his best friend and wife and enjoys being a father to his eight-year-old daughter and two dogs. In David’s spare time he enjoys watching football, spending time with his family and friends and of course, weight training.

CINDY WIGNESS

FITENSS MANAGER

Having spent the last 30 years in the health, wellness, and fitness industry, Cindy is passionate about assisting clients to achieve their goals and live their best lives. Cindy’s approach is personal. She believes that each client is unique - - the workout program and nutritional goals are specific and customized to each client. Working with Cindy will include mind, body, and soul. Cindy’s knowledge and clientele is vast and includes working private training, corporate fitness, clinical settings (physical therapy, internal medicine clinic, athletic training facilities & arenas). Expertise and experience includes: • Improving mobility and posture • Sport specific training for athletes at all levels (D1 collegiate training, Olympic level focus training, & Curious new athlete • Recovery (injury, stroke, dementia, brain injury, Parkinson disease, muscular sclerosis, epilepsy & seizers, RA) • Seniors & Senior Living Facilities (independent, assisted, & memory care groups) Recreational Therapy for senior living Cindy graduated from San Diego State University, BS in Athletic Training. Hobbies: yoga, road & mountain biking, body surfing, & a bit of a foodie.
