Kris has been in the Fitness industry for over 28 years with experience in all related fields. He was recruited for Football and Baseball and having an athletic background has transitioned well to this industry. He specializes in overall weight loss, increasing lean muscle/strength, muscle endurance, and sports-specific training. He has trained all demographics and truly enjoys being a part of his client's journey. He looks forward to helping you become the best version of you!

Kristina spends her time educating others on nutrition and helping them to find their own path to a balanced diet as she sees nutrition as an essential part to building a healthy lifestyle. As someone who struggled to understand the basics of nutrition most of her life due to poor nutrition education, it wasn’t until she started her own journey of nutrition education that she began to see how easy it could be to learn sustainable and healthy eating habits.
