NASM-FNS, AFAA-GX, AFAA-Health coach
Toni taught Adapted Physical Education for many years before further establishing her career in health and fitness by becoming a Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor as well as the Family/Aquatics & Youth Director at the PNC YMCA. Toni spent 7 years at Baptist Senior Family as a Fitness Coordinator, and competes as a Wellness Bodybuilder.
Natasha khouri
Yoga INSTRUCTOR
200-RYT Yoga Instructor
Natasha attended her first yoga class over 20 years ago at a gym, and admits at the time she "didn't get it." Years later, due to injuries, she started to appreciate yoga as a tool for building strength and flexibility, and as something to tap into anytime to help calm the mind and find perspective. Natasha loves helping those new to yoga practice discover all it has to offer.

Christianne Johnson completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Himalayan Institute of Pittsburgh. She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and is excited to bring the benefits she has seen in her own life to others. As a busy, full-time working mom of two boys, she believes that balance and self-care are critical for both body and mind. A problem-solver at heart, Christianne offers her students a space to reflect and focus, and believes that yoga is about so much more than just the poses.
